• All quotations issued by Nvirotech are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise
• Orders are accepted only upon receipt of a formal purchase order and written confirmation from Nvirotech
• Prices are exclusive of GST, freight, and applicable duties unless explicitly stated
• Custom-manufactured or non-standard items cannot be returned or exchanged once an order is confirmed
• Lead times stated in quotations are estimates only and subject to material availability

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as agreed in each individual quotation or purchase order. Unless otherwise specified, our standard terms are 50% advance payment with order and 50% balance prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to withhold shipment until payment is received. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery & Risk

Delivery of goods is subject to availability and the agreed lead time. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility or that of our supplier. Nvirotech shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, import/export restrictions, or raw material shortages.

6. Returns & Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. The following conditions apply:

• Claims for defective or incorrect goods must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt
• Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging with a valid return authorisation from Nvirotech
• Custom-manufactured items are covered by our manufacturing quality guarantee against defects in workmanship
• Warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear
